Building a cult following so you can sell without being there — new people and sales keep coming in.
Clearing your why and making you an industry leader people actually trust.
Offers that can ACTUALLY save people and make you MORE money.
Systems and team running everything without you — so you can make better funnels.
Being in the business and marketing industry for over 9 years, I still remember where I started—designing, customer management, and editing, all for just 5k PKR. The kind of zero-figure tasks that kept me busy but never gave me the space to lead.
Like everyone in their 20s, I had the passion to find new ways and grow brands. But when you're only doing execution, you're rarely trusted with the leading tasks. What are the leading tasks? The ones that make brands money. And I kept asking myself, how does a brand actually make money?
Luckily, around that time, I saw Dan Koe going viral. I became obsessed with understanding why. I tried a hundred different ways to get in touch with the strategist and motion designer “Weiss”, but he didn't want to teach at that time (fair enough).
So I opened YouTube instead. I learned how to turn concepts into visuals that grab attention, then how to use those concepts to build connection. Then I started learning human psychology. I started writing scripts, learning funnels, and learning strategy.
The results? 2M views. 3M views. Comments. Conversions. Money. And suddenly, I was trusted with those leading tasks. Premium clients started coming—the money-making tasks that earn you a seat at the table, the tasks that actually grow a brand.
Eventually, I started building my own personal brand too. I got clients, new connections, and consultation calls. And I realised something: it worked for skincare, fitness, and coaching. It works for every industry.
Because at the end of the day, you just need to understand human psychology and the attention funnel.
Most people think content should be educational one day, promotional the next, and authority-building the day after. I don't. I believe in knowing the formula for one post that can create attention, community, conversions, and referrals.
That's why I don't study content. I study people.
